Friday Finish: Fresh Air, a new Porch Swing Quilt pattern

Hi! I'm so excited to introduce you to my newest pattern Fresh Air.


I used 24 FQs to make this quilt, which sounds like a lot, but you get some decent scraps out of the deal, and you have enough for a scrappy binding.

She finishes at 66 by 87 inches, making her perfect for a picnic at the beach, or watching fireworks this summer.


My amazing pattern tester Kate is making her blocks with her Dr. Seuss stash:


The pattern works well with solids too. Check out the maxi version (coming next week):

    Yay, thank you! This is my favorite of your patterns, and I have several fat quarter bundles!! I have paid for it and I'm looking forward to making this sometime this summer!

    Another cracker, Jen! I'm still amazed you make quilts as big as this at home ... and with 5 kiddies! I'm curious as to how you decide which fabrics go with which best - these are all placed so beautifully.
